1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
   - Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
   - Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
   - Final sale items, such as underwear or accessories, cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Process:
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or visit our website and fill out the return/exchange form.
   - Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
   - Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative and include the RMA number.
   - Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Exchange Process:
   - To initiate an exchange, please follow the same process as a return and indicate that you would like to exchange the item(s) for a different size, color, or style.
   - Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you the replacement item(s) based on availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.

4. Refund and Store Credit:
   - For returns, once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
   - If you prefer store credit, we can issue it to your Fit For A Legend account, which can be used for future purchases.
